These terms set the conditions for using NoError Calc ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. The nature of results and the limits of liability are explained further in the disclaimer. Effective: 2026-11-02

1. The service

The site offers free calculators for pay, tax, loans, social insurance, exchange rates and more, with no sign-up. Calculators run in your browser. We may add or change calculators, or suspend all or part of the service, without prior notice as operations require.

2. What the results are

Results are estimates for reference based on published Korean laws and notices. They are not tax, legal or financial advice.
Amounts actually applied by employers, banks or government offices may differ with your situation, filings and product terms. Confirm with the relevant office or a professional before an important decision.
Each calculator shows its basis and reference date. Updates after a rule changes may take some time.

3. Limits of liability

We try to keep every calculation correct, but as a free reference service we are not liable for losses from relying on a result. Losses caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence are an exception. We are also not liable for outages or wrong values caused by events outside our control, such as hosting failures or errors in external exchange-rate data.

4. External data and ads

Some values, such as exchange rates, come from external services. The site may show third-party ads, including Google ads; content and transactions on sites reached through ads or links are the responsibility of those operators. See the privacy policy for advertising cookies.

5. Prohibited uses

Sending excessive automated requests to the site or the feedback form
Sending spam, abuse or other people's personal data through the feedback form
Copying and redistributing the site's explanations or design in bulk without credit

6. Use of feedback and error reports

Feedback and error reports you send may be used to fix and improve the site, and we may not reply to them individually.

7. Copyright

The site's text, design and code belong to the operator. Personal use and short quotations with credit are welcome. Official texts of laws, notices and the like are not protected by copyright under Article 7 of the Korean Copyright Act.

8. Changes

Changes are announced on this page with a new effective date and apply from that date.

9. Governing law and contact

Disputes relating to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and will be resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
