Paid annual leave under the Labor Standards Act Art. 60
15 paid days after one year, increasing by 1 day every 2 years to a maximum of 25. In the first year you earn 1 day per month (up to 11).
The statutory annual leave rules apply to workplaces with 5 or more regular employees.
Example: if you started on 2 March 2023, on 30 October 2026 you have 3 years and 7 months of service, so you get 16 days of annual leave this year: the base 15 days plus 1 extra day after completing three years and every two years after that. You reach 17 days after five full years and the maximum of 25 days after 21 years.
In your first year you earn 1 day for each month of full attendance, up to 11 days. These are separate from the 15 days you receive after one year, so you can have up to 26 days over your first two years.
